1. We can pray for the needs of others or on behalf of someone else. 2. In this prayer we are the intercessor who asks God for the needs of someone else. 3. This prayer can also be when we pray to a saint or Mary to intercede on our behalf with God.

- It reflects gratitude for the gifts of life and love. - In this prayer, we recognize God as the source of all good things and thank Him for His blessings.

1. This prayer does not ask for things or thanks God. 2. This prayer praises God for simply being God. 3. You express love for God- not because of what He can do for you or what He has given you- but because of His greatness. 4. You acknowledge all the incredible characteristics that God has; one tells God of His greatness.

This prayer asks for God's blessing. When we receive it, we feel joy and gratitude. We then praise Him, either by making a joyful noise or by staying silent in respect.
