Signs and symptoms of PE
- tachycardia most freq (85%)
- sudden dyspnea and CP (40%)
- cough, apprehension, alt cognitive status, fever ect..
4 steps to fracture healing
- hematoma formation
- soft callus
- hard callus
- bone remodeling
Posterior dislocation of hip
- add, IR, flexed hip and knee, knee resting on other thigh

Spine precautions after surgery
- lifting restriction
- log roll
- limit trunk flex/ext and rotation
