Performance verification:
IWBI uses as a process for on site assessments. Inspections and measurements include test related to air/ water quality and sound/ light levels. Assures that the building is performing as intended in accordance to the standard.
who completes the performance verification?
authorized well assessor (1-3 days in building to validate documentation and performe tests)
Scoring:
Grading of each concept independently on a numerical scale by the project assessor. WELL score is based the total preconditions and optimizations achieved across even though is a concept by concept analysis.
WELL Report:
