Regress: reduce forward push through bum/ upright knee
Progress: introduce arm in air encouraging extension through spine
Reasoning: bilateral tight hip flexors, increase lumbar lordosis ?lower crossed syndrome

Cervical SNAG stretch:
rotation
progress: use harder object r.g. towel or belt
regress: complete supine to allow for assistance of gravity with rotation
reasoning: reduced cervical ROM

Chin tucks at 45 degree angle
progress: complete fully supine to increase effects of gravity
regress: complete standing
reasoning: poor deep flexor control
