A
- Purpose of exercise
- Demonstrate + describe what you’re meant to feel
- Watch patient perform few reps, correct trick movements, ask what they feel and where.
- Watch patient complete full set
- Watch all sets and ensure good technique
- Describe at home set up

Strength vs Endurance Prescription
A
Strength
- Reps: 8-12
- Sets: 2-4 with 2-4 mins rest
- Frequency: 2-3 x weekly
- Progress load
- RPE: >6 (hard-very hard)
Endurance
- Reps: 15-20
- Sets: 1-2, with shorter rest
- Frequency: 5-7 x weekly
- Progress reps
- RPE: 3-5 (moderate-hard)

Stretch Prescription
A
30-60 seconds, progress throughout stretch
2-4 times daily
Some discomfort but NO PAIN !
