Put two microphones 1 m part and connect it to the data logger then make a sound behind one microphone and then check the data logger to see how long it took to get to the other microphone. after do speed equals distance over time

Set up a water tank. a signal generator attached to a dipper creates water waves at a set frequency. Use a lamp to see wave crest on the screen below the tanks. Measure how many waves go by a specific point for 10 seconds and divide by 10 = the frequency
