Because the ships, which were delayed, brought the essentials for them to survive

There wasnt adequate funding, which lead to things like food shortages, and because they didn’t think through properly.
Why was lack of supplies an issue for the Roanoke colony?
Because they didn’t come prepared, thinking the soil, hunting patterns ect were the same, leading to starvation.
