A

Is non physical aggression which is intended to cause mental or emotional harm to an opponent.
E.G. insulting someone

A

Is physical aggressive behaviour which is intended to injury or harm the opponent

A

Is displaying aggressive behaviour in pursuit of an non aggressive goal.
E.G. MMA or Boxing or rugby

A

Is playing with your emotions but within the laws of the game.
So it’s goal oriented, without the intent of harming anyone and within the laws of the game

Self confidence
Is a physiological state which empowers an athlete to have belief in their ability to complete a set goal. Self confidence doesn’t refer to a general task unlike self efficacy

Self efficacy
Is an athletes belief in their ability to complete a set task This also refers to a general task and the confidence to complete that task

Self esteem
Is how much you like yourself. High self esteem is often associated with leadership and the ability to adapt Low self esteem is associated with extreme levels of anxiety, depression and different fears

Fixed mindset
Usually care what other think of them more then anything else. They do not take criticism well and do not challenge themselves.

Is seeing failure as a challenge. Are able to take criticism well and will surround themselves with people who will challenge them

Is the tendency of team members to stick together and remain united in the pursuit of achieving goals
