sufferers have daily physiotherapy

Physical;
Smoking increases risk of getting cancer especially lung
Smoking put other people at risk three-person of smoking
Smoking quickly it is the skin with early appearance of wrinkles
Smoking while pregnant puts the baby at risk of being small and causes respiratory problems

Social;
Some regard smoking as a social activity
Smoking makes breath And clothes smell which can be offputting for others
Smoking is very expensive therefore less money to socialise

Psychological;
Smokers often feel like cigarettes are in control of them their experience a sense of powerlessness
Smokers often have low self-esteem because they know what to buy for them but companion doing it anyway
As smoking it’s an addiction it is a strain on psychological well-being when people try and quit

Alcohol can lead to deteriorating of nervous system loss of balance numbness of feet and hands
Alcohol abuse can lead to injury or death due to drink-driving or accidents at home

Social;
Money spent on alcohol means less money to socialise
Many alcoholics find a breakdown in relationships with family and friends due to their problem
It’s know that criminal and aggressive behaviour under the consumption of alcohol is linked

Psychological;
Excessive alcohol can cause brain damage = problems with memory
Alcohol can be associated with feelings of anger = violent outburst
Alcohol is a depressant which can lead to feeling down and suicidal

exercise reduces obesity and diabetes
exercise helps protect from developing cancers people who exercise are less likely to get colds and other illnesses= chances of having a stroke is reduced

People the exercise do it in a social context e.g. dance class
People the exercise often feel they look there best and are more likely to be confident in interacting

Exercise can relieve stress depression and anxiety. it releases endorphins into the Brian making you feel happy

Drug abuse Can lead to accidents and unsafe practices that can be detrimental to physical health e.g. sharing needles leading to HIV

Difficulty in relationships= loneliness and isolation
Financial problems = drugs are so dear= no money for other social activities
