Q

why does time of day effect ROM

A

as between 2:30- 4pm is said to be the best time of day where ROM is at its best

Q

how does temperature effect ROM

A

as extreme cold causes muscles to tense where as in heat muscles are more pliable and flexible therefore increases ROM

Q

how does hydration effect ROM

A

water is needed to function so when there is a lack of water muscles, tendon/ligaments won’t function fully
