A
Manichaeism is a belief system where good and evil forces conflict. Colonizers believe that they are good because they civlize the evil. However, the colonized see the colonizers as evil because they are taking over their land.

Why does Fanon think that the “violence of the colonized … unifies the people”?
A
Colonialism uses a divide-and-conquer approach, favoring certain groups over others. However, when violence occurs, it affects everyone equally, creating a common experience of colonial oppression and weakening regional and factional differences.
