Cash Collected x Gross Profit % = Profit Recognized (I/s)

2. Deferred Gross Profit

Receivable Balance x Gross Profit % = Deferred Profit (B/S)

NOTE: Deferred GP is a CONTRA to A/R

Installment sales approach - profit is collected as cash is collected.
