A

Glycogen depletion and lack of Phosphocreatin stores. Both are sources of energy, less energy sources = less energy therefor more fatigued.

A

Calcium reduction
Acetylcholine reduction
increase in Lactic acid-irritates nerve ends
All 3 make it more difficult for muscles to contract making a performer more fatigued.

How does dehydration lead to fatigue?

A

Dehydration causes blood to become more viscous. This means there is a decrease in venous return so hearts is required to pump harder resulting in the performer becoming more fatigued.
