A

LIBERAL FEMINIST:
From an early age children are thought the social expectations of their gender n are expected to follow these. This typically occurs via primary socialisation. 4 min processes:
1. Manipulation: parents ncouraging/discouraging behaviour that falls within their gender domain for example fathers encouraging sorts but discouraging crying
2. Cannalization: directing child’s interests eg toys
3. Verbal appellations: pretty/handsome based on gender
4. Domestic activities: girls have cultural expectations of their later life roles which are reinforced by seeing mothers doing housework
