half odd integers spin particles obeying paulis exclusion principle and hence FD statistics are called fermions

what is fermi level?
A
fermi level is the maximum energy level at 0 k up to which electrons can be filled . it acts as a reference level between filled and empty energy levels.
At 0k,
- if E<EF, F(E) = 1
- if E>EF, F(E) = 0
F(EF) is indeterminate.
