A

Conservative – BMI smoke,
Medical – FHS LH and prolactin, chromosomal analysis
Surgical – varicocele repair, reversal of vasectomy , surgical sperm retrieval
assist reproduction techniques ART – IVF – indicated when very low sperm count or poor morphology, previous unsuccessful IVT , PIDG surgical sperm collection
IVF – stimulate the ovaries with clomiphene(ovulation induction treatment) timed with egg retrieval procedure. Sperm and eggs then mixed with ICSI. Tested to be positive 14 days later
