  • Pain and other symptoms absent
  • Well circumscribed lump
  • Rubbery firm consistency
  • May be highly mobile
  • Hormone depenent

A
Generally conservative (serial observation). 
Consider if 2-3cm and growing on serial U/S (6months over 2y).
