Gripping the stick- grip the stick, place one hand on top of the stick as if you were shaking hands w it. Position hands on 10-12 below other
Dribbling- use short, quick, controlled taps, keep 18-24 inches in front of u
Passing- use pushing motion for short passes, puck doesnt leave floor
Wrist shot- flicking motion, stick stays on floor (best shot for speed and accuracy)
