A

A board made up of D.L. George (UK prime minister), F. Clemenceau (France), V. Orlando (Italy), and W. Wilson. Claimed that with their plan, it would punish Germany, and claimed they would not rise again. They wanted Germany to pay reparations as a way to make them pay for the damage caused by the war.
