Outcome measures
- provide data on activities and things, such as how many cars are

closely an activity meets a quality checklist.
Output measures
- often needed by an enterprise in addition to the
general Strategic Plan. This is because the general Strategic Plan usually does not
address IT in sufficient detail to identify the various IT-related initiatives that may enable
