The current yield is the stated rate of interest as a percentage of market value. It will change as bond prices move - if bond prices rise, the current falls, and if bond prices fall, the current rises.
It moves inversely to the pricing of the bond. Interest rates rise = bond prices fall and vice versa.

Any purchaser of new securities issues offered by prospectus can be delivered an electronic copy of the prospectus in lieu of a paper copy if the member firm knows the customer has internet access. Therefore- you have internet access, you get delivery!
