With. I’m particularly acquainted with US history.

In. Happily, there’s been a slight improvement in the average grades
Rise
In. A rise in wages and job opportunities for all social groups is unlikely to be pledged soon.
Bring ruin
On. I’d say that both parties’ radicalism has brought ruin on public policies these few past decades.
Make a profit.
On. I don’t consider as treason wanting to make some profit on the work I’ve done.
Scale
On. The bombing was similar to the French’s, but it had been done on a much larger scale.
Integrate
Into. All the minors are integrated into your final Bachelor’s Diploma

At/In. At that time, nobody thought that could happen. In previous times, the Catholic Church played a pertinent role in the governance of European nations.
