What’s aerobic power ?
max rate of energy production from the aerobic energy system
What’s anaerobic capacity?
total amount of energy obtained from the anaerobic system
What’s agility?
change in velocity or direction of the body to a stimuli in a rapid and accurate motion

muscle or a group of muscles to repeat contractions against a resistance in an extended period of time
What’s speed?
measure of ability to move all or part of the body as quick as possible

max amount of force that a muscle can exert in a single effort against resistance
What’s coordination ?
harmonious series of movements efficiently
What’s flexibility?
move joints or muscles through their full range of motion
What’s balance?
maintain equilibrium when stationary or moving
What’s reaction time ?
respond to a stimulus quickly and a measurement between the time and presentation of a stimulus/ movement
What’s muscular power?
contract muscles with speed and force in one explosive act
What’s body composition?
percentage of fat, muscle and bone in the body
