-Press horn shut off button to turn off
-Right side crew will then thumbs up to left hand side crew
-Left hand side crew will thumbs up to FSM
-Left hand side wait with thumb up until FSM thumbs up back
-FSM will call priority call FC to confirm horns and PA worked
