Star scientist, and blue party politician. Ran for office, was going to win, and then dropped out to be a high priest, although there is no reason to do so. Was invited to work on the planetary defense network, and made massive breakthroughs. Spends time with Caden Andrews.

XO of the Odysseus, and led the effort to save the people trapped on Ellarian. In the brig, supposedly for disobeying orders.
Pax Houghton
Blowhard blogger who does “journalism”. Often makes unfounded claims that turn out to be true a lot. I really wish I had their source.

Hali’s Wife. Died in the machine wars, leaving Hali to raise Ryane, alone. Hali loved her deeply and was shattered when she died.
Maron Richard
Young and sucsessful politician who rushed the emporer and was shot, also the son of a strength dynasty board member (potentially the leadfer). His murder was covered up.
Ryane Pearson
Hali’s child, and my nephew. 4 years younger than me, and we spent a lot of time together after Alia died. Grew distant in recent years. Died 9 months ago when he fell off his balcony. Devyn Pearson has been convicted of his murder.
