For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. 12. Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood. 13. And whatsoever man there be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunteth and catcheth any beast or fowl that may be eaten; he shall even pour out the blood thereof, and cover it with dust. 14. For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whosoever eateth it shall be cut off.
EAT IN MODERATION…DON’T BE GREEDY
Ecclesiasticus 31:16-20 16. Eat as it becometh a man, those things which are set before thee; and devour not, lest thou be hated. 17. Leave off first for manners’ sake; and be not unsatiable, lest thou offend. 18. When thou sittest among many, reach not thine hand out first of all. 19. A very little is sufficient for a man well nurtured, and he fetcheth not his wind short upon his bed. 20. Sound sleep cometh of moderate eating: he riseth early, and his wits are with him: but the pain of watching, and choler, and pangs of the belly, are with an unsatiable man.
Children
You may have children or are planning to have children….
Psalms 127:3-5 3. Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. 4. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. 5. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
Ecclesiasticus 16:1-3 1. Desire not a multitude of unprofitable children, neither delight in ungodly sons. 2. Though they multiply, rejoice not in them, except the fear of the Lord be with them. 3. Trust not thou in their life, neither respect their multitude: for one that is just is better than a thousand; and better it is to die without children, than to have them that are ungodly.

For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children: 6. That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: 7. That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:

Ecclesiasticus 30:1-13 1. He that loveth his son causeth him oft to feel the rod, that he may have joy of him in the end. 2. He that chastiseth his son shall have joy in him, and shall rejoice of him among his acquaintance. 3. He that teacheth his son grieveth the enemy: and before his friends he shall rejoice of him. 4. Though his father die, yet he is as though he were not dead: for he hath left one behind him that is like himself. 5. While he lived, he saw and rejoiced in him: and when he died, he was not sorrowful. 6. He left behind him an avenger against his enemies, and one that shall requite kindness to his friends. 7. He that maketh too much of his son shall bind up his wounds; and his bowels will be troubled at every cry. 8. An horse not broken becometh headstrong: and a child left to himself will be wilful. 9. Cocker thy child, and he shall make thee afraid: play with him, and he will bring thee to heaviness. 10. Laugh not with him, lest thou have sorrow with him, and lest thou gnash thy teeth in the end. 11. Give him no liberty in his youth, and wink not at his follies. 12. Bow down his neck while he is young, and beat him on the sides while he is a child, lest he wax stubborn, and be disobedient unto thee, and so bring sorrow to thine heart. 13. Chastise thy son, and hold him to labour, lest his lewd behaviour be an offence unto thee.

Egyptian Laws of Maat
Noah had 3 sons. Shem, Japheth, and Ham. Ham is the progenitor of the Egyptians (Psalm 78:51).
Genesis 6:9-10 9These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. 10And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
Verse 9 states that Noah was perfect and just and he walked with God which means he kept God’s laws and commandments (Psalms 19:7 & Romans 7:12). Noah taught God’s laws and commandments to all of his sons, including Ham, but only Shem‘s lineage retained and preserved God’s laws accurately. Ham carried on and taught a variation of God’s laws to his children and they were carried on throughout their generations. So this explains why the laws of Maat contain some of the commandments of God.
This verse further proves that since Noah was a preacher of righteousness, he undoubtedly taught his sons the laws of God.
2 Peter 2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness (Deuteronomy 6:25 & Luke 1:6 for righteousness), bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
