- Greet table within 30 sec. and bring special board
- get drink order promptly (using send and continue button so bartender can begin making these while you continue to enter rest of the order)
- answer any questions (or get answer if you don’t know it) put in order immediately-try suggestive selling!
- check back to ensure they are fine with drinks, etc
- once food arrives, go to table with “2 bite” rule to make sure they have everything they need, drink refill, etc.
- clear entrees (or ask busboy)
- immediately drop dessert menu
- enter dessert order or drop check
- pick check back up, run cc, etc
- drop off with a smile and wish them back
