When it’s heated, the solution will change from blue green to yellow red  use Benedict regent

When you drop iodine solution, it should change to blue black colour to represent starch

A
You put a drop of biuret solution it will change from blue to pink purple if it has protein

How to test for lipids?
A
Drop Sudan solution if it has lipids it will separate and the top layer will turn bright red.
