FLEXOR CARPI RADIALIS
PALMATOR LONGUS
FLEXOR CARPI ULNARIS
note that P Teres doesn’t act on the wrist joint
note that F C Ulnaris is innervated by the ulnar nerve, all the rest by the median nerve
BRACHORADIALIS also flexes the forearm, but it acts on the elbow joint and is part of the posterior compartment

4 tendons attach to the palmar surfaces of middle phalanges, of digits 2-5

PRONATOR QUADRATUS (runs laterally) (median nerve)
