Q

Explain Non-alignment policy of Pakistan

A

Pakistan came into existence in a world divided into Socialist and Capitalist blocks engaged in a Cold War against each other. Pakistan could not become blind-camp follower of either block and thus tried to establish cordial relations with all countries of the world.
Pakistan joined the Non-Alignment Movement in 1979 as a regular member.
