A

Asymmetry - hold mirror not same reflection
Border - uneven, scalloped or notched
Colour - multiple, brown tan and black and with growth red,white or black
Diameter or Dark - pencil eraser size warning sign or larger
Evolving - any change or elevation, crusting, bleeding, itching

Baby with erythema on nappy area and chest and flexures?

A

Infantile seborrhoeic dermatitis - within first 2 weeks of life, commonly affecting nappy area, scalp, face, chest, back and flexures
Cradle cap is an early sign

Consider candidiasis as erythematous and flexural but lesions discrete and accompanied with oral thrush with creamy plaques in mouth
