- Take out Shu Di Huang b/c it’s sticky and because this is supposed to treat abnormal water circulation, you don’t want that herb.

For the water = Wu Ling San
- Bai Zhu (Atractylodes)
- Fu Ling (Poria)

What is the Gan Cao presentation?
- Thin/low body weight
- Small or hard/tight muscles
- Dry, scaly skin
- Patterns resulting from over-sweating & diarrhea
