what is craving in the habit loop?
the want to repeat a habit due to dopamine release (aka the sense of accomplishment)
what is the habit loop?
automatic response after repeated events to form a routine (system 1)
what is the inner loop in the habit loop?
using system 2 to optimize system 1
what is a strategy to create a habit
pick a cue, a reward, and then execute the routine
