Do you offer resizing?

A

We are able to resize almost any of our rings rings up or down by a 1/4 size or more. The size the ring can be resized by depends ring style to ring style based no the setting and placement of the diamonds as well as the amount of gold in the sizing bar of the ring.

Resizing under the Extend Protection Plan

A

If you have purchased the Extend Protection Plan, please follow these steps to set up a resizing service to adjust your ring size:

Please click on the following link to access the Extend repair portal and click on “File a Claim” https://www.extend.com/customers
Input the email address that was used to crate your account
Follow the steps from Extend to receive a shipping label to return the order for the resizing process
Once the steps above have been completed, please ship the ring that needs to be resized. We’ll send a confirmation email once the ring(s) arrive at our facility. When the resizing service is completed, we will ship the ring(s) back to you and you will also be notified via email with a tracking number.

Resizing without Extend Protection Plan

A

If you do not have the Extend Protection Plan, you can purchase a resizing service here:

Select the new ring size you would like on this page: https://www.mytriorings.com/services/rss-ring-sizing-service.html. This service includes round trip shipping and resizing.
Once purchased you will receive a shipping label to send your rings in to My Trio Rings.
Once we receive your rings, they can be resized within 3-5 business days.
Once resized they will be shipped out to the shipping address and shipping speed selected at checkout for the resizing service.

One-Year Crafter’s Warranty

A

We stand by our diamond jewelry with a full year crafter’s warranty that covers against issues that can arise from the crafting of the ring. Coverage is offered for a period of one year from the date you receive your wedding rings. If any issues arise due to crafting it’s most likely to happen during this time and we’re here to make sure issues are addressed before your rings continue their journey with you through life as a married couple!

Additional Details

A

If damage is determined at fault of the crafting, we reserve the right to replace or repair the ring at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by aggressive wear or neglected care.
In the event that we are unsuccessful in repairing or replacing the item, we will replace the jewelry with one of equal value of the original purchase price from available inventory.
The warranty is voided on jewelry that shows sign of modification or repair by a third party.
All parts of the item must be returned to be eligible for warranty repair. A replacement fee will apply for any missing parts.
We provide free return shipping on all completed repairs to addresses within the United States

Return/Exchange Policy

A

We make shopping online for jewelry remarkably risk-free. If you’re not 100% satisfied within 60 days of receiving your rings, return it for a full refund or exchange!
The Fine Print On Returns
Rings must be returned according to the instructions provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email you will receive in response to your return request.
Rings must be returned in the original condition in which they were received and within the 60 day return period.
Rings that show signs of any modification or abuse will not be accepted for exchanges or refunds at our sole discretion.
Please note that services such as expedited or international shipping fees and engraving charges cannot be refunded as these are consumed services that cannot be recuperated.

Refunds process

A

Similar to any other retailer, refunds are issued within 1-3 days wherein the funds will be removed from our account and received by your original payment method. Once a refund is issued by My Trio Rings, your bank may take anywhere from 1-5 business days to post this refund amount to your account. Due to credit card processing regulations, we are unable to re-route funds to new cards or alternate billing contacts. If your card is no longer active, your financial institution will still have an underlying account number which the funds will be routed to. Please contact your bank or financial institution for how you wish to have your refund routed.

What does Extend cover?

A

Extend goes beyond our limited 1-year manufacturing warranty and covers damage due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage, including:

Damaged prongs
Lost stones (including all center stones)
Ring sizing because of weight change
Rhodium plating
Re-shanking
Refinishing and polishing
Resetting diamonds and gemstones and repair of chipped or cracked stones (including center stone)
Replacement of center stones, side/enhancement stones due to defect in the setting

How many times can I send my ring(s) in for repair?

A

A: Extend will cover as many repairs up to the value of the initial purchase price of the ring(s). If the ring(s) can’t be repaired and needs to be replaced, Extend will cover a maximum of one replacement.

Is this the same as insurance?

A

A: No, Extend does not cover complete loss or theft. Often couples choose to insure their rings with a third party insurance company or under their Homeowners or Renters Insurance Policy.

What Is A Morganite?

A

Morganite is a member of the beryl mineral family (a cousin of emerald and aquamarine) with a color ranging from orange to pink, often referred to as salmon or peach. The chemical composition of morganite is Be3Al2Si6O18. The subtle pinky-orange color of morganite is caused by the traces of manganese found in its composition.

Packages are insured for their full value. Per your choice, a replacement or refund will be sent out in such an event.

Can I change the delivery address?

A

You can update the shipping address before the rings ship at no charge, at least one business day before your rings are scheduled to be shipped.

What if I’m not home during the day to sign for it?

A

As a signature is required upon delivery, we recommend shipping it to your place of work, or arranging to pick up your package from a FEDEX pickup point.
