A

S11 Obtaining services dishonestly - A person is guilty of an offence if he obtains services for himself or another by any dishonest act

Subsection 2 – a breach occurs when services are made available on the basis that payment has been, is or will be made
The services are obtained without payment having been made in full
When services obtained he/she knows
Needs to be some dishonest act, no requirement for the person to be deceived
Must be a payment, service provided does not need to be legal
