what is the purpose?
A
prevents a party from dealing with or disposing of assets in a way to prevent enforcement of an existing or future judgment

what must be filed?
A
Application must be supported by an affidavit

on what grounds will this be granted?
A
o Applicant must have a good and arguable case
o Existence of assets
o A risk these could be dissipated to defeat enforcement of an action
Even if satisfied, judge has discretion to refuse if it is not just and convenient to grant the order
