Q

why is aggression sometimes avoided in FA hypothesis

A
  • if the cause of our frustration is abstract such as frustration of economic struggle, government or music industry the cause may be too powerful and we risk punishment or the cause may be unavailable/ inaccessible
in this case aggression is displaced to a weaker and available stimulus
