Great, so you are willing to pay the buyer’s agent commission. In that case, it sounds like you are looking to save the listing agent’s portion of the commission then, right?

And at the same time, if my commission turns out to be an investment for you and not an expense, wouldn’t you at least want to know more about how that can be possible?

Absolutely, and I’m sure that you can do it again. I’m just wondering __________, what’s more important to you, to sell it yourself or to net the most money?

If it did turn out that I can actually net you more money, even after my commission is paid, especially in today’s market, wouldn’t that be worth just 20 minutes of your time, so you can be sure that you don’t leave any money on the table?
