What is Capital Murder?
Intentional and premeditated killing.
What is Murder in the first degree?
Killing of a human being committed:
1) Intentionally, and w/premeditation
2) Commission, attempt, or flight from felony
What is Murder in the second degree?
Killing of a human being:
1) Intentionally
2) Unintentionally
What is Voluntary Manslaughter?
Knowing killing a human being committed:
1) Upon a sudden quarrel or in the heat of passion
2) Upon an unreasonable but honest belief that circumstances existed that justified use of deadly froce
What is Involuntary Manslaughter?
1) Recklessly
2) In commission of or attempt to commit, or flight from felony
3) In the commission of or attempt to commit, or flight
4) During the commission of a lawful act in an unlawful manner
5) In the commission of, or attempt to commit, or flight from an act.
What is Vehicular homicide?
Killing of a human being committed with:
Automobile, airplane, motor boat or other motor vehicle in a manner which creates an unreasonable risk of injury.
