  • While you are at work, I will be cleaning the house.
  • As you are reading this, I will be taking my final exam.

Note:

The future continuous tense is often used to show that an action **will be in progress at a specific time in the future. It can also be used to predict **or **assume **actions that* will be happening *in the future, as in the second example above.

Additionally, it can be used to *politely inquire about someone’s plans, *as in: “Will you be coming to the party tomorrow?”
