To remove any air/pressure build up until you get a smooth flow of water

To put any other liquids in

Ice
What can the red buck be used for (PAX)
-Ice in it to keep medication cool
-To heat up a baby’s milk/formula (fill up with hot water)

2 kept in there, 1 to be used at a time
If there broken glass, how should you dispose of it?
-Put inside sick bag
-Then put that sick bag in another sick bag
-Put the bag in the middle of the bin
What should you always put on when handling dry ice?
Plastic gloves as you could get cold burns
How long should you wait for ice cream to defrost before giving it out?
20 mins
What does it mean if there are yellow/green seals on carts and atlas boxes?
They don’t need to be taken off
What does it mean if there’s white seals on carts/atlas boxes?
They need to be taken off
What’s the green cart used for?
All recycling if it can’t go in the trash compactor
When do you reveal the retail carts?
At location with a blue seal
Who checks the retail carts are properly sealed before catering removes the seal?
