VMC Criteria for rotorcraft in Class G below 700ft over water without track guidance from nav system

Special VFR
By day only, on request, ATC may issue special VFR which allows flying below criteria provided you keep clear of cloud and flight visibility is 800m & operate at speed where can see obstructions & avoid collision
If two aircraft approaching head on
Each aircraft alters heading to the right
Final reserve requirement
Rotorcraft VFR
20 mins final reserve
No contingency required
