A

A Will is revocable at any time during T’s life, irrespective of any statement to the contrary

how can a Will be revoked?

A

A Will can only be revoked by one of the below methods. Otherwise, the revocation is ineffective (i.e. the Will still stands):
- voluntary revocation (i.e. an act by T)
- involuntary revocation (i.e. automatically by operation of law)

A

A Will may be revived by either:
o Re-executing the will; or
o Codicil which is duly executed showing an intention to revive the Will
