Italian aperitif with a primary flavor of Orange, but includes rhubarb, chinchona, genziana, and “secret” herbs
Aperol was named Best Aperitif in the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Italian bitter liqueur consisting of herbs, roots, and citrus rinds with natural caramel for sweetness

Campari
Bitter Italian apèritif with a dominant ORANGE flavor
The secret recipe was originally developed by Gaspare Campari in 1860 for his Cafè Campari in Milan.
Common: ON THE ROCKS, mixed with Club Soda, Negroni, Americano

Chambord
Premium, all-natural red & black RASPBERRY liqueur, with honey, vanilla, and cognac
Common: anything that calls for a “RASPBERRY” liqueur

Chartreuse Herbal Liqueur
Green herbal liqueur (or yellow sometimes)
Chartreuse is an herbal liqueur produced by Carthusian monks in the French Alps. With almost 400 years of history, Chartreuse is one of the oldest and most mysterious spirits still available. Only three monks from the order know the secret recipe, each hold one third of that recipe and all have taken a vow of silence, so the secret recipe is kept safely. The liqueur was originally created as an “Elixir of Long Life” in 1605 by Peres Chartreux.

Cointreau (kwahn-troh)
A premium brand of TRIPLE SEC (orange-flavoured liqueur), it’s exceptional smoothness and crisp orange flavor makes it ideal for cocktails and this is why it is often called for by name.
Common: margaritas, Cosmopolitan, French 75, Lemon Drop, Sidecar, or NEAT

Creme de Cacao
Cacao (Chocolate) and vanila bean based liqueur, available in both White and Brown varieties

Créme de cassis
Sweet, dark red aperitif made from blackcurrants

Sweet, Orange-flavored distilled spirit. Made from dried peels of small laraha oranges that are more bitter than common oranges
There are four colors of curaçao available : orange (most common), blue, green, and white.
