What non-self-injectable drugs are pharmacist prohibited from dispensing?

Drugs that meet all of the following criteria:
1) Indicated for the treatment of cancer or cancer-related illness
2) Must be administered via IV or SubQ
3) Cannot reasonably be self-administered by the pt or person assisting pt with self-administrations
