1
Q

When will GFR be affected

A
  1. pregnancy
  2. diurnal rhythm (higher in the afternoon than midnight)
  3. During exercises it drops

Q

How should proteinuria be quantified and what is the normal range

A

uACR (mg/mmol or mg/g) or uPCR

uACR normal = <2.5 in male <3.5 in female

uPCR normal = <50

30mg/mmol ACR = 50mg/mmol PCR
