Topograph
A topograph is the detailed mapping or charting of the features of a relatively small area or district.
Biome
A climate characterised by distinctive plant and animal speicies.
Degradation
The wearing down of rocks by disintegration.
Accessibility
The ability to be able to access somewhere. Eg. The town was not accessible via bus.
Infrastructure
The basic physical structures needed for modern society to run. Eg. Roads, commercial buildings, houses.
Archaeology
The study of human history through physical artefacts and things dug up from excavation sites.
Climate
The weather conditions prevailing over a long distance of time.
Landscape
The visual features on an area of land.
Desert
A waterless, desolate area of land. It usually has unusual animals and little vegetation. It’s also a biome type.
Biodiversity
The variety of plant and animal life of a high level in a particular climate.
Sustainability
Something that’s able to be maintained to a certain rate.
Urban
Urban relates to a highly populated area. Eg. Town, city.
Environment
The area in which a human, plant or animal lives or operates in.
Interconnection
The way one thing connects with another. Eg. The human interconnects with….
Terrain
A starch of land with particular features.
latitude
The angle north or South from the earths equator.
Altitude
The height to a point from the level of the ocean.
Mountain ranges
A line of mountains connected by high grounds.

Vegetation
Plants considered collectively, particularly in one area.
Soil
An upper layer of earth where plants grow, made up of rock particles.
Weather
The state of the atmosphere at a certain time.
Extensive farming
Intensive farming or intensive agriculture is an agricultural production system characterized by a low fallow ratio and the high use of inputs such as capital, labour, or heavy use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers relative to land area.
Wheat farming
Farms that specifically grow wheat.
