two reason why some countries are poorer than others
one reason is due to colonisation . Colonisation affects development in many ways as colonisation leads to power being used to vulnerable lengths and extracting valuable resources like money,food,rights,education,freedom etc which eventually lead to high death rate,, reduced life expectancy,poor literacy rate and bad living conditions, people in power can affect economic development by using money in wrong way. Another reason is poor climate as it causes droughts,poor soil and wet climate which prevent good crops from grown which lowers GNI and prevents economic development.
why are there global inequalities in food?
poor climate is a large factor in global inequalities as crops require warm and wet conditions and good fertile soil quality for foods like rice,wheat and meat and weather events like floods,rising temperature and changes in climate zones makes it difficult to grow certain crops and reduces crop yields in certain places around the globe
