Smaller portions and eat mor frequently

Weight loss - best evidence in improvement

Don’t eat b4 sleeping (last meal should be 2-3 hrs b4 bedtime)

Elevate head of bed 6-8” (with wedges, NOT pillows)

Avoid tight-fitting clothing
