List examples of Constitutional developments in colonial Ghana

A

Guggisberrg (governor from 1919-1927) introduced the 1925 constitution to replace the 1916 Clifford constitution.
Guggisberrg made it possible for chiefs to take part in the deliberations activities of the legco.
Establishments of Provincial councils in 1925
Promulgation of native administrative ordinance in 1927, replacing the 1883 arrangements. The purpose was to clarify and regulate the powers and the areas of jurisdiction of chiefs and councils (purpose?).
Native treasuries ordinance was passed in 1939 for provision of local budgets
